What is FPL Nemesis?

FPL Nemesis is a free Chrome extension for Fantasy Premier League managers who are tired of finishing second in their mini-league. Instead of picking transfers in a vacuum, Nemesis looks at who you're trying to beat and recommends the moves that will close the gap fastest.

How it works

1. Browse to any rival's team page on the FPL website. Nemesis adds Attack and Defend buttons right there — no separate app, no copy-pasting team IDs.
2. Hit Attack to overtake them. Nemesis compares both squads and finds differentials — players they don't own who are set to outscore theirs. It shows your overtake probability before and after the suggested transfers.
3. Hit Defend to protect your lead. If you're ahead, Nemesis tells you which of their key players to match so a single haul doesn't wipe out your advantage.

Target one rival or your whole league

You can target a single rival or go to your league standings page and hit Attack League to optimise against everyone above you at once. Nemesis looks at what all of them own and finds the transfers that give you the best chance of climbing the table.

On your own Transfers page, Nemesis can suggest the strongest transfers regardless of any rival — based on form, fixture difficulty, and underlying stats over a horizon you choose (1 to 5 gameweeks). You can also Rate My Team to see your squad's strengths, the biggest threats you don't own, and a fixture weather forecast for the weeks ahead.

Refine until it's right

Don't like a suggestion? Skip a player to exclude them and re-optimise instantly. Want to keep someone? Lock them in. Save your plan for the gameweek and come back to it later.

Why it's different

Most FPL tools recommend the same template squad to everyone. Nemesis does the opposite — it treats your mini-league as a competition with specific opponents, not a solo points chase. The transfers it recommends depend entirely on who you're trying to beat and what they own.

On your Transfers page, hit Suggest Transfers for the strongest moves based on form, fixtures, and underlying stats. No rival context needed.

Does it work on any FPL league?

Yes — classic leagues, head-to-head leagues, and public leagues. If you can see someone in your league standings, you can target them.

Do I need to share my FPL login?

No. The extension reads your team data directly from the FPL website while you browse — no passwords or API keys needed.
